Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders over $99 (continental US)
• Standard shipping: $5.95 flat rate (3–7 business days)
• Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee (1–3 business days)

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@pureluxys.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order has shipped.
