What are your candles made of?

All Pureluxys candles are made with 100% natural soy wax sourced from American farms. Our fragrance oils are hand-blended and free from paraffin, phthalates, and synthetic dyes.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by size. Our standard 8 oz soy candles provide approximately 45–55 hours of burn time. Pillar candles and taper candles vary — individual product pages list specific burn times.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders over $99 ship free within the continental United States. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Are your products safe for pets?

Our soy candles produce less soot than paraffin candles and contain no toxic chemicals. However, we recommend keeping all burning candles out of reach of pets and ensuring adequate ventilation.

How do I care for my reed diffuser?

Flip the reeds every 1–2 weeks to refresh the scent. Place the diffuser on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from direct sunlight. Each diffuser lasts approximately 2–3 months depending on the number of reeds used.
