Returns & Cancellations

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email support@pureluxys.store with your order number and reason for return.

• Products must be in their original, unopened packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: opened or used candles, opened reed diffusers, wax melts that have been removed from their packaging, and items purchased on sale or as part of a gift set.
